"Shalom Shalom from Israel
Have you considered a trip to Israel and the Galilee? I ask because I represent the Astoria Hotel in Tiberias. We are not a very large hotel but have been complimented as a very comfortable and warm place to stay. Our food is good. Noone ever walks away hungry. I believe anyone who stays with us will have a very good base by which they can explore and discover the physical and spiritual wealth associated with the Northern part of Israel. We can help with tours, etc. Just tell me personally what you may need.
The key word here is "PLEASE" Please help me offer you and people you care about this oppurtunity. Allow me to offer the Israel you do not read about in the tour books. Let my hotel show you there is more than just "Jerusalem" to experience in Israel. The North is special but no more important than towns like Tiberias. It is an experience worth looking into; especially, if you want to relax and feel the country that attracted "aliyah" centuries ago.

My wife and I are considering a visit to Isreal. I always wanted to go and study the history of the region. We thought we would tie it into a tour of Jordan and Egypt as well.

Perhaps in a couple of years we will visit.

I have always had a great deal of affection for the people of Isreal and as my wife and I both have some distant Jewish ancestors it would be nnice to go and see the region from whence they came

BOMBAY CALIFORNIA

Bombay Beach, CA, just north of Niland on Rte. 111 does not always show up on a map, but it is one funky place to visit, and photograph, as the Salton Sea had reclaimed some of the seaside real estate, boat docks, trailers, boats, etc., so that they are entombed as salt sculptures, or collapsing into a pile of salt. A rather beautiful place in its own way, lovely people, a good restaurant, grocery store, and it even has its own "B&B Motel" on 3rd street, some with kitchenets (which is NOT a bed and breakfast-- maybe B-omb B-ay? It recently changed hands, so not sure of tel., maybe 760-393-3603, or ask at the grocery store, before they close at 6PM, as I did!)*, and an American Legion post complete with bar. I stayed at the B&B Motel, loved it, though not up end accommodations, very nice and peaceful. You can hear the train go by at night, far away. I think this is one of those neat little towns off the map that are a real find.
